Effective September 11, 2026. This policy describes EverTitan’s website and administrative communication practices.
Clinical privacy documents
Independent clinical practices provide their own Notice of Privacy Practices when applicable. This policy does not replace a provider’s HIPAA notice or telehealth consent.
Information we collect
Through this public website and administrative communications, we may collect contact details, inquiry content, communication preferences, and device or usage information when permitted. Clinical intake and protected health information are handled outside this marketing site through the treating practice’s designated secure systems.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate scheduling and support, verify basic eligibility, operate and secure services, comply with law, and send communications selected by the user. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, analytics, security, scheduling, communications, and other authorized operations, as well as authorities when required by law. Clinical information submitted through a treating practice’s secure workflow is governed by that practice’s privacy documents. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method is completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal limits by emailing privacy@evertitan.com. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Minors, changes, and contact
